This position focuses on overseeing engineering projects, implementing maintenance standards, and providing leadership to maintenance teams. With various projects to manage, your role will critically influence equipment performance and facility management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all operations related to plant engineering
• Develop maintenance programs for machinery and equipment
• Lead teams to ensure optimal plant performance
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, HACCP, and FSSC
• Manage departmental budgets and resources
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
• At least 5 years' experience in plant engineering
• Strong leadership and project management abilities
• Experience with electrical systems is a must
