An excellent opportunity for an experienced and qualified Senior Engineer to work for a FMCG manufacturing company. The role involves managing a team of 8 engineers on shift, overseeing hands‑on maintenance and operation of machinery in an automated factory and focusing on training and development of engineers.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 8 engineers on shift.
- Oversee and perform hands‑on maintenance and operating of machinery.
- Ensure pre‑planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast‑paced industrial factory.
- Drive training and development initiatives for engineers.
Qualifications
- Recognised engineering qualification.
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Experience managing a team of engineers.
