Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:-

  • Technical Customer Support: Provide expert pre-sales and post-sales technical support for products involving power electronics and microcontrollers. This includes troubleshooting hardware, firmware, and system-level issues on-site at customer locations.
  • Design-In & Integration: Drive 'design-in' activities by assisting customer R&D teams with schematic reviews, PCB layout recommendations, and system integration of products like motor drives, AC/DC, DC/DC, and resonant converters.
  • Firmware and Algorithm Development: Assist customers in developing, debugging, and optimizing real-time control algorithms (e.g., Field Oriented Control (FOC), PID tuning) for motor control applications or digital power conversion using embedded C/C++ progr...
