Job Description
- Apply statistical tools (SPC, DOE, FDC, ECMS) to optimize equipment performance and robustness.
- Establish and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans to improve equipment quality, cost, and productivity.
- Work with vendors to resolve equipment issues and improve performance.
- Collaborate with Process and Manufacturing Engineers to address yield, WAT, and operational issues.
- Manage spare parts and consumables inventory to support maintenance based on production forecasts.
- Lead new equipment start-up from facility hookup to production acceptance.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment efficiency, reliability, and cost reduction.
- Set targets to minimize wafer scrap, reduce equipment cost per wafer, and optimize utilization.
- Provide training and guidance to AEs and TAs on troubleshooting, equipment knowledge, and risk assessment.
