Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Perform the role of customer complaint management and ensure 8D methodology is applied while handling the report generations for our customers
• Develop corresponding problem verifications and define the necessary analysis steps – you support the colleagues of our global production sites regarding problem-solving
• Perform in-depth electrical failure analysis, data collection and data analysis to support the customer complaint Failure Analysis Request (FAR) by using Tester such as V93K, Magnum, Teradyne Ultraflex, and bench analysis
• Perform in-depth electrical failure analysis of rejects to support improvement activities for front end, back end, Silicon foundry, OSAT and product line
