Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating 3D Surface Models, 2D Drawings, components assemblies using CAD system Creo Parametric 10.

  • Hands on experience in CAD metadata documentation using Windchill (PLM).

  • Create, Validate, analyse and review digital Mock-up models for Engine Platforms; optimise and maintain the database to keep them updated.

  • Integration of Subsystems in Engine platforms and performing tolerance stack-up calculations for checking clearance, gaps & worst cases in assemblies.

  • Proficiently assign GD&T for complex casting, welding, piping, sheet metal, machining components according to the understanding of their manufacturing processes.

  • Generating design concepts to visualize technical solutions and presenting it to experts for their clarification.
