Your day at NTT DATA

The Lead Critical Facilities Maintenance Technician possess an expert level of knowledge of their role and is responsible for the operational integrity and regulatory compliance of the data center electrical, mechanical, and fire life safety systems.

This role is also responsible for the processes that maximize customer uptime in the most cost-effective way and ensures that data center problems are promptly identified and repaired quickly, that contractors deliver quality services, and that internal customer service level agreements are met.
