What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Maritime Combat Systems, applying deep domain knowledge to guide decision‑making and resolve challenges
- Provide technical oversight and leadership to a team of engineers engaged in system design, integration, and configuration management activities
- Apply robust Systems Engineering principles and Systems Design Lifecycle Management processes across all stages of design and development
- Identify and manage technical risks, resolve technical issues, and maintain configuration control of technical baselines and documents
- Interface effectively with stakeholders including suppliers, production teams, detailed designers, and customers to support system integration and delivery
