Job Description

Micron Technology in Tlaquepaque, Mexico, is seeking a Senior Engineer to design, layout, and validate CMOS test structures for memory development. You will collaborate with Process Integration, Design, and Electrical Characterization teams to enable device development and manufacturing integration.

Bachelor degree in Electrical or Microelectronic Engineering is required, with 5 years of hands-on experience; Master’s preferred.
