• Design, development, implementation, maintenance of Automation & Integration Solutions to improve Enterprise IT Management Tools & Systems
• Build automation scripts using Python and PowerShell to streamline IT processes, system monitoring, and data extraction
• Automate alerting, remediation, and reporting processes to enhance operational efficiency
• Develop and handle pipelines in SnapLogic for process automation and data transformation
• Create and maintain Power Automate flows for task automation, file management, and report generation
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand integration requirements and deliver efficient automation solutions
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing integrations and automations to ensure reliability and performance
