Execute fastener design and validation calculations to ensure structural integrity.
Conduct benchmarking studies and cascade system-level targets to sub-components.
Prepare and maintain DVP and DFMEA.
Coordinate with CAE teams for design optimization, simulation correlation, and performance validation.
Review and approve supplier and in-house drawings in line with design standards.
Ensure technical feasibility and manufacturing readiness in collaboration with suppliers.
Interface with the material management team for smooth development and procurement of components.
Develop and conduct rig testing as per DVP to establish durability and reliability.
Lead root cause analysis and resolution of development and field issues.
