Job Description
**Overview**
Element has an opportunity for an **Senior Engineer** to join our expanding team. As a member of the operations team, the senior engineer position manages a variety of routine and non-routine testing projects within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under minimal direct supervision. The senior engineer position must be proficient in a number of core business and technical skills including but not limited to compliance to established safety rules, code of conduct, and company policies and procedures.
Salary: $70,000 - $120,000/yr DOE

+ Provide technical and engineering leadership, and supports the development of new technologies within a local laboratory
