 Job Purpose

  • Ensure optimal production, quality, and power consumption of Raw Mill operations

    • Education & Experience Preference

  • BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with 5-6 Years experience in Integrated Cement Manufacturing Plant

  • Monitor and optimize raw mill operating parameters
  • Check equipment conditions at shift start
  • Identify abnormalities and initiate corrective actions
  • Maintain logbook entries of process parameters
  • Monitor and ensure product quality standards
  • Escalate major breakdowns to PF/SH/HOD
  • Execute corrective actions as instructed
  • Coordinate with service departments for smooth operations
  • Track shift-wise production & quality
  • Prepare daily production reports & SAP entries
