Senior Energy Rater

Description

New Ecology, Inc. (NEI) is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Senior Energy Rater to join our technical service team in our Boston office. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with deep expertise in managing HERS ratings for multifamily projects from schematic design through to final certification.

This role requires a combination of technical proficiency in building science, exceptional project management skills, and proven ability to effectively communicate with a diverse group of people, including developers, project managers, architects and engineers, general contractors and subcontractors, and certification program reviewers. The Senior ENERGY Rater will serve as a key technical resource for our clients and internal teams, ensuring projects meet strict energy efficiency goals, certification requirements, and deadlines.
