Senior Endpoint Security Operations Analyst (Global Security)

Job Description

The Senior Technical Analyst, Cyber Technology Operations will provide operational support for a wide range of Endpoint Security and Threat Surface products/tools within RBC’s Global Security environment supporting City National Bank (CNB). The Senior Technical Analyst will provide production support and perform implementation of changes; as well as ensure prompt resolution to any production problems by responding to incidents.

What will you do?

• Day-to-day support of Endpoint Security and Threat Surface security applications (e.g. monitoring server health, monitoring event logs, performing software upgrades, executing changes in production).
• Responding to operational security-related events and incident/problem escalations from internal/external clients and business partners
