Job Description

Description GSPANN is hiring a Senior End-User Engineering professional to support and manage enterprise end-user computing environments. The role focuses on Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Azure Active Directory to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient endpoint operations.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Support and administer Microsoft Intune, System Center Configuration Manager / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM / MECM), Azure Active Directory (Azure AD / Entra ID), Group Policies, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and other End User Computing (EUC) tools.
  • Deploy applications, patches, and configuration policies using Intune and SCCM while ensuring endpoint compliance.
  • Troubleshoot Windows 10 and Windows 11, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and general Microsoft 365 (M365) issues.
  • Handle user incidents, service requests, and escalations with strong diagnostic skills and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)....
