• Efficiently coordinate, manage, and lead teams and groups to deliver pre‑hospital emergency care.
• Provide comprehensive pre‑hospital emergency care through preparation, response, scene assessment, injury/illness recognition, patient management, disposition, and transfer; ensure proper documentation and return to service.
• Participate in corporate community initiatives to promote health and safety, prevent illness and injury, and advocate staff participation and leadership.
• Maintain personal and professional integrity through ongoing medical training and coordination to improve DWTC quality systems.
