Job Summary:
Highly experienced ART lab professional responsible for performing all aspects of an assisted Reproductive Technology laboratory. Often the go to person for problem-solving, technical questions and the most technically advanced aspects of work in an embryology lab.
Essential Responsibilities:
+ Coordinates and participates in the Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) laboratory activities of an IVF service as an embryologist, such as but not limited to semen preparation, oocyte identification, conventional insemination, embryo culture vitrification, warming and embryo transfer.
+ Independently perform specialized embryology cases such as Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI), Embryo Biopsy, Oocyte vitrification and Surgical Sperm Retrieval.
+ Consults internally and externally with clinicians and providers on technical issues, patient care management, and test interpretation/selection.
