Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Electronics Design & Development

  • Lead the design and review of electronic circuits based on customer and internal requirements
  • Develop and approve schematics and PCB layouts for TH and SMT components
  • Select and validate electronic components for electrical, mechanical, and environmental compliance
  • Ensure PCB layouts meet manufacturing, connector alignment, and molding/potting constraints

2. PCBA & Manufacturing Integration

  • Lead preparation and review of Gerber files, BOMs, and assembly documentation
  • Coordinate with PCB and PCBA suppliers and resolve technical manufacturing issues
  • Define assembly scope between suppliers and in-house production
  • Provide technical guidance during in-house PCBA assembly and soldering
