Job Description

Summary

Reporting directly to the Director, Supply Chain, the Senior Electronics Buyer is responsible to managing all purchases within their line of business area. The duties may include, but not be limited to, obtaining quotations, evaluation of proposals, award of purchase orders, and expediting the delivery of goods and services. The Senior Buyer will adhere and train stakeholders in processes and procedures governing financial and supply chain controls. This role is based out of our Bedford, NS office, and is an on-site role. 

As Senior Electronics Buyer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ability to execute best in class supply chain concepts in daily work assignments;

  • Formulating and executing Purchase Orders, in accordance with system driven demand planning and/or approved requisitions;
