Job Description

3M is seeking a skilled technician for Woodlands Plant in Singapore to build, repair and test electrical and electro‑mechanical assemblies. You will follow schematics, harness wiring, and assembly instructions while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of manufacturing experience with electronics and electromechanical systems. Shift work includes 12-hour rotating shifts; site safety, 5S, and ISO compliance are emphasized.
