Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage accurate cost estimates, budgets for Commercial / Industrial / Solar PV projects.

  • Conduct tender analysis and manage subcontractor procurement and negotiation.

  • Monitor project progress and provide regular financial reports to senior management.

  • Ensure cost-control measures are implemented and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Assess value variations, manage interim payments, and agree final accounts.

  • Liaise with site teams, architects, engineers, and external consultants to ensure commercial objectives are met....
