Job Description

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Electrical Owners Representative to lead electrical oversight on a hyperscale data centre project in Oulu, Finland. You will manage pre-construction, construction, commissioning and close-out phases on site, coordinating with design teams, contractors and the client.

The role requires 7+ years of electrical construction PM experience, strong stakeholder management and hands-on on-site supervision to ensure quality, safety and timely delivery.
