Senior Electrical Engineer Needed – Full Working Prototype

I am developing a residential service-entrance safety device that installs within a United States 120/240V split-phase meter socket and detects neutral miswiring or hazardous fault conditions. The device must automatically disconnect the neutral conductor under unsafe conditions.
I am seeking a highly experienced electrical engineer to design and deliver a fully functional working prototype, not just schematics.
This project involves lethal voltage and must be engineered professionally.
