Hiring: Lead Electrical Engineer – Parametric Design

Location: Gurgaon | Full-Time | Work From Office

Experience: 12+ Years (Minimum 3+ Years in Leadership Role)

We are seeking a senior Electrical Engineering professional with strong building systems expertise and hands-on exposure to parametric and computational design workflows.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in building electrical systems design

• Strong experience in power distribution, lighting design, controls, and low-voltage systems

• Proven exposure to parametric / computational tools (Revit API, Dynamo, Grasshopper, Python)

• Strong knowledge of US electrical codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, IES, IEEE)

• Experience delivering projects from concept through execution

• Experience coordinating within multidisciplinary BIM environments
