Worley is hiring a Lead Electrical Engineer in the Abu Dhabi area to drive electrical discipline activities across FEED and EPC phases for major Oil & Gas projects. You will coordinate Owner, EPC/FEED Contractor, and Vendor teams, review critical deliverables, and guide design optimization while ensuring safety and quality compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 15+ years’ experience in the industry, with preference for GCC region and ADNOC/offshore project exposure.
