About the job Senior Electrical Engineer / Designer

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of electrical design experience in the building construction industry
  • Building Design experience (multi-unit residential, healthcare, commercial, industrial, and institutional)
  • AutoCAD and/or Revit
  • Power distribution and generation systems, Lighting - indoor / outdoor, lighting control systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Voice/data communications, Security/CCTV systems
  • Familiar with OBC and OESC codes

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients and contractors
  • Conduct site visits/reviews and construction phase services
