Senior Electrical and Electronic Engineer JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a Senior Electrical and Electronic Engineer to contribute to and lead the development of naval electrical equipment, typically including power conversion, power distribution, control electronics, cabling, and electrical cabinets. The role requires strong practical engineering judgement, sound design?for?environment practices, and hands?on integration and fault?finding expertise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Electrical System Architecture & Integration – Lead the development of equipment‑level electrical architectures for naval and maritime systems, including power distribution, protection, control, and monitoring.
• Specify and integrate key electrical subsystems such as power controllers, matching networks, cabling assemblies, and rotating/power‑transfer interfaces.
