**Senior ELA Learning Designer**
**Location:** 5 Days onsite in Austin, TX
Our client is an innovative learning technology company focused on helping students build academic and life skills through engaging, standards-aligned learning experiences. They are seeking a Senior ELA Learning Designer to help build their English Language Arts curriculum and digital learning product from the ground up.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Design and develop high-quality ELA lessons, practice exercises, and assessments for grades 3–6.
+ Create learning progressions aligned with cognitive development, prerequisite knowledge, and academic standards.
+ Anticipate common student misconceptions and develop instructional pathways to address learning gaps.
+ Apply science of reading principles to ensure content is evidence-based and effective.
