Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and strategize brand education calendar in synergy with the launch marketing plan and sales strategy
  • Develop education program according to respective business needs and marketing plan
  • Detailed quarter calendar to be presented at each cycle meeting
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to implement successful marketing programs in line with the points of difference service wheel protocol
  • Organise and plan all key technical refocus animations and launches with Marketing + tracking of all center training and in salon trainings
  • Ensure all salons execute and practice the Service Wheel protocols with the Brand Points of Difference in line with the Salon Development Manager and overall brand global directions
