Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop EDI Solutions:
Design and implement new EDI documents, their XML structure, and platform connections (ERP/Opentext).
Optimize existing EDI workflows (e.g., 850, 856, 810 transactions).
Maintain System Reliability:
Monitor and troubleshoot EDI integration processes for successful transmit/receive and accuracy.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues promptly.
Collaborate Across Teams:
Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Coordinate with external vendors for EDI platform updates.
Drive Continuous Improvement:
Recommend enhancements to EDI integration architecture for scalability and security.
Stay current with emerging middleware technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
