Director / Senior Manager – E-Commerce Operations
We are looking for a Director-level E-Commerce Operations Manager to lead, manage, and continuously improve end-to-end operations across Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and the in-house design and content teams.
This is a senior leadership role requiring 5+ years of hands-on e-commerce operations experience, strong people management skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence, accountability, and performance across multiple platforms and teams.

Lead and manage Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and Design teams
Define KPIs, SOPs, and performance benchmarks across departments
Own daily operational accuracy and execution
Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews
