Senior Dynamics 365 Developer (Remote – Mexico)

We're currently looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to join a global technology company supporting an international client in the healthcare sector.
This is a hands-on technical role for someone strong in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and backend development.
What you'll be working with:
• Dynamics 365 customizations (CRM / CE)
• C# & ASP.NET Core Web APIs
• Plugins & Custom APIs
• Power Automate & Power Apps
• Azure Functions & Key Vault
• Git & CI/CD practices
Ideal profile:
• 6–8 years of development experience
• Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM (not only ERP/F&O)
• Solid backend knowledge with ASP.NET Core
• Experience troubleshooting and optimizing production systems
• Advanced English (you'll work with international stakeholders)
• Self-driven, analytical and comfortable working independently
Compensation:
• $100,000 MXN gross (nominal)
• $120,000 MXN (contractor option)
• 100% remote within Mexico
