Airswift is seeking a Sr. Drilling Design Engineer in Villahermosa, Tabasco, Mexico. This role focuses on developing detailed well drilling programs, optimizing designs, and managing technical risks for complex drilling projects in oil & gas operations.

The position requires a Petroleum Engineering degree with license, 15+ years of drilling experience in IOC/NOC settings, and advanced English. Offshore/onshore HPHT environments and leadership experience are essential.
