Job Description

Fermel in Alberton, South Africa seeks a Draughtsman with 5+ years’ experience in heavy engineering or mining equipment. You will develop 3D models and detailed manufacturing drawings in SolidWorks, focusing on underground mechanized equipment design and detailing.

You will prepare fabrication layouts, perform tolerances to ISO/GD&T standards, manage BOMs, and collaborate with engineers and production teams. A National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required.
