Our client is modernizing Sales, Marketing, and BDR Operations documentation and preparing for an upcoming Salesforce CRM migration. We are seeking a Senior Technical Writer / Documentation Lead to drive documentation standards, lead content development, and ensure high-quality, accurate documentation delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define documentation standards, templates, and governance
  • Lead and review work of 2–3 technical writers
  • Gather requirements and conduct SME interviews
  • Develop and update process documentation for Sales, Marketing, and CRM workflows
  • Support documentation updates related to Salesforce migration
  • Manage reviews, version control, and publication readiness
