Job Description:
- Manage document control team activities and updating to supervisor.
- Manage the flow of documentation within the Organization (different yards)
- Conduct user Trainings for the EDMS.
- Manage Master Document Register (MDR) for the project deliverables Maintain and keep tracking records.
- Provides administrative support to other team members as requested to achieve functional objectives and deadlines
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement Prepare ad hoc reports on projects as needed
- Produces weekly reports and Dashboards to indicate the status of work progress and updates the spreadsheets into the computer based on the obtained information
- Create and update Document control related procedures and plans
- Involve in Vendor Kick – off meetings and Audits.
