Job Description:
  • Manage document control team activities and updating to supervisor.
  • Manage the flow of documentation within the Organization (different yards)
  • Conduct user Trainings for the EDMS.
  • Manage Master Document Register (MDR) for the project deliverables Maintain and keep tracking records.
  • Provides administrative support to other team members as requested to achieve functional objectives and deadlines
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement Prepare ad hoc reports on projects as needed
  • Produces weekly reports and Dashboards to indicate the status of work progress and updates the spreadsheets into the computer based on the obtained information
  • Create and update Document control related procedures and plans
  • Involve in Vendor Kick – off meetings and Audits.
