Senior Document Controller

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Document Controller to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. At Polaris Edge, we are transforming the construction industry with our digital solutions, helping teams streamline document management and project workflows.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships in the Malaysia market.
• Guide clients in their adoption of Polaris Edge, ensuring they maximize the value of our platform.
• Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to improve project efficiency.
• Act as the bridge between clients and our Product & Development teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support for customers.
