Job Description

Role Purpose

To lead project document control activities for infrastructure works (roads, utilities, drainage, and marine works where applicable), ensuring accurate registration, distribution, revision control, and timely submission/return of project documents (drawings, RFIs, submittals, correspondence and close-out dossiers) in line with contract requirements and Innovo standards.

Key Accountabilities

  • Establish and manage the project document control system and workflows (Aconex/Asite/Procore/SharePoint or project-specific platform), ensuring compliance with client/consultant requirements.
  • Maintain master registers for infrastructure deliverables: drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, NCRs, MIR/WIR, correspondence, and transmittals.
