Job Description

We are building an AI-powered telecalling automation platform for the healthcare industry.
The system should:
Allow agents to make outbound calls via API
Connect customer number + agent number dynamically
Record call metadata
Store transcripts (AI integration planned)
Handle cron-based call scheduling
Be scalable for US & India markets
Prevent calls to restricted countries
Have role-based admin dashboard
Use async processing where needed
Tech Stack Preference:
Django (REST framework)
PostgreSQL
React frontend (or )
Background workers (Celery / async)
Cloud deployment (AWS / DigitalOcean)
We are looking for someone who:
Has built SaaS products before
Understands scalable backend architecture
Can suggest better system design if required
Thinks beyond just coding tasks
