On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Director/Project Manager, SAP HR Payroll Transformation Initiative for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid role with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. Responsibilities
Provide executive-level leadership for a large-scale payroll transformation program Lead multiple critical workstreams, including data conversion, testing, and systems integration Oversee program financials, timelines, risks, and dependencies Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives Manage and coordinate internal stakeholders, including Payroll, HR, and IT teams Lead relationships with external vendors and implementation partners Prepare and deliver executive updates and communications to VP/SVP stakeholders Mentor and provide direction to senior project managers supporting the program Facilitate governance forums and ensure workstream accountability Mandatory Skills
