SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Leadership (in partnership with President, Business Aviation):

  • Collaborate closely with the President, Business Aviation to develop and execute business strategies that support Skyservice’s vision and growth objectives.
  • Work jointly to identify market opportunities, competitive positioning, and emerging trends, ensuring alignment with divisional and corporate priorities.

    • Continuous Improvement:

  • Design and implement process improvement methodologies and/or programs to enhance efficiency and reduce waste across the business unit.
  • Establish KPIs and performance dashboards to monitor progress and ensure accountability across all BA teams.

    • Operational Excellence:

  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to optimize processes in flight operations client services and other areas specific to Business Aviation.
