What is the Opportunity? Royal Bank of Canada is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Delivery to lead the execution of the Loyalty and Digital Technology program. This strategic leadership role is responsible for delivering multiple high‑impact initiatives spanning multiple digital journeys and complex loyalty partnership ecosystems – enhancing client value and positioning RBC as a best‑in‑class in Loyalty and Digital technology. The successful candidate will drive consistent, predictable delivery across multiple teams (both internal and external), while establishing organizational delivery excellence, managing complex financial and technical risks, and fostering innovation through emerging technologies like AI.
