Job Description Summary
The Director – Engineering and Project Management is a resource that must be utilized to ensure global shared service support and regional support with a team of over 150 Engineers which support Mold-masters around the globe of products and services to meet internal and external customer needs.
The incumbent in this role provides support and solutions for the global and local Mold-Masters and DME Group and he/she oversees the whole Engineering department.
The incumbent should have strong local and global leadership background, some international experience, must be customer centric and should have some background in the Plastic Industry preferred Hot-Runner, Mold-Making and Injection Molding, Background on PTC ( Creo and Windchill ) software and SAP Software and he needs to sets objectives, and is responsible for directing and coordinating activi...
