Senior Director, End-to-End Engineering Project Delivery

Barry Callebaut Group is seeking an experienced Major Engineering Project Director to lead a large-scale, strategic engineering project in Mexico. You will oversee cost, schedule, safety, permitting, installation and technical readiness across internal and external teams.

The role requires a proven leader with a track record of delivering major capital projects in multinational environments, capable of guiding cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership through the project lifecycle.
