JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Director of Business Development leads the strategy, execution, and optimization of field sales efforts to exceed revenue goals across preferred accounts and business development agencies. This role is responsible for driving brand growth through effective sales and marketing plans, cultivating senior-level relationships, expanding new-to-brand customer acquisition, and managing a high-performing team of Sales Directors and Business Development Managers.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
