Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Build and maintain Data Marts to support reporting and analytics for Web/App platforms, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and accessibility.

  • Analyze user behavior and engagement to recommend improvements in UX/UI, content, and personalization.

  • Provide analysis and report to manager level to drive the business forward. Communicate your analysis and reporting in an easy-to-understand way through presentations, email, and with proper documentation.

  • Maintain and enrich CRM data mart especially for data related to digital platforms to support CRM report, ad-hoc, monitoring, evaluation activities and other purposes.

  • Be able to interact with all departments and work closely with business user to identify requirements and expected outcomes.
