Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and improve ROI, CPL, and conversions.
• Handle multiple client accounts in an agency environment.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the digital marketing team.
• Train team members on campaign setup, optimization, and best practices.
• Prepare performance reports and share insights and strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with agency experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads OR Meta Ads.
• Experience in team handling and training.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
