Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage digital (IT/Technical) projects
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure best results in delivery and support additional growth in new areas
  • Coordinate and manage teams of consultants and engineers across onshore, nearshore Europe and offshore
  • Maintain strong client relationships, across technology, product and operational areas
  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects, meeting agreed upon outcomes and business objectives within agreed time and cost constraints
  • Work comfortably between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment
  • Apply agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain excellent delivery health (quantitative and qualitative)
