Senior DFT Architect - FPGA/SoC & Multi-Die Test

Altera is seeking a DFT Architect responsible for defining and leading next-generation DFT architecture for complex, large-scale silicon platforms. This role will influence technical directions across multiple product generations. You will own the end-to-end DFT strategy and collaborate with various teams to ensure quality and manufacturability.

The ideal candidate has over 15 years of DFT experience and a strong architectural vision, also mentoring teams and driving alignment across engineering organizations.
